It has been about 4 days now that I submitted my concern to fusioncash support team. I have not heard anything back.
Everytime I would attempt to update my payment method and my address the system says that something went wrong and to try in 1-2 hours again. So I wait, then try again, same thing, then I wait, try again, same thing. I dont know what is going on??? Its starting to frustrate me. Does anyone else has this issue? I am hoping I can reach customer service here as well. I am open to any suggestions. And yes I have read the rules on paypal and I qualify on all of their check off list. I also am using chrome internet which they have suggested. If one of the fusion cash support tech can please look into this issue I would very much appreciate it. Thank you so much! Any help is appreciated.

A lot of members seem to be having problems with updating and or changing personal information.
Those members, like you, have opened a support ticket but have never heard back.
How have you been receiving your payment and can you continue?

Wow I never realized that so many has this issue. Is everything ok with fusion cash customer service team? Is this still a legit paying site? Well the only option I have in order to get paid is to go to post office and fill out change of address form in order to receive the check. I really hope they fix this. Thanks for your reply.
