No payment or answer to support ticket. They could at least reply to a support ticket for something this major. I bet they like to get their money that they earned.

well I would give it some time as they just started getting the forum bonuses and somewhat the vids back up.

It only takes a few seconds to answer a support ticket.

When did you cash out? How did you request payment?

you need to read the rules - it is possible if you cashed out early in one month it would take amlost two months to get paid as they only pay out once a month - the month after you request payment.

I, agree, has it been 2 months because that is the way the payments work. For example, if you cashed out today in March, you would receive a payment around the 20th of the following month, April. Send a support ticket in. Good luck.

It's a BO exception for direct deposit. NO I am not new and have cashed out many times I know how it all works.

I also have been here for years and always had my payment go into my bank DD. I got a BO exception in Dec. and still have not got my payment. I had a BO exception once before but it was cleared up within 10 days and I got my money. But now I don't even get an answer to a support ticket. Even though I have $9 in my FC account from forum bonuses I have decided not to start up again.

I've talked to the bank and they've never had a problem with it. It's not their end blocking it

It's not the bank I checked. The bank said the payment was never issued. Fusion cash just does not care.

I am also still in that same boat with the BO exception issued in January, and therefore no payment in February, and no response to the support ticket. I would like to see FC take down the claim that they respond to support tickets generally within 48 hours.

Soon I am going to try and contact the survey sites themselves and let them know fusion cash is having people do their surveys and not paying them. Doubt it will do any good but it is worth a shot. At least they will have the information.

I keep checking here every couple of days to see if my December payment went through yet. (BO Exception) But it hasn't and no answer to my 2 tickets. They could at least put the $$ back in my FC account and I could pick a different payment method. ::) ::)

Some members have tried to pick a different payment plan and they could not because of a FC glitch. Member was not allowed to update.
