1. Observe the golden rule -- Treat others as you would like to be treated
This one is pretty obvious. This means NO flaming, NO derogatory remarks to other members or staff. I know it is an online forum, but behind everyone's screen name is a real human with real feelings. So please respect everyone, even if you do not agree with them, or get along with them.
What if I break this rule? You will be banned for a minimum of 14 days and in a severe case your FusionCash account will be closed and all money will be forfeited.
2. Respect our advertisers -- Do not discuss cancellation or post disparaging remarks
This is a big one. We rely on the relationship between ourselves and the advertisers and companies we work with to be able to bring you the best offers that are out there. We need our members to understand that the advertisers are paying you to be a member. Please do offers that you are interested in, and not just do them because it has a 20 dollar payout. I hear people all the time whining about an offer that did not credit, but if they were truly interested in the offer it would not be that big of a deal because they wanted the product/service to begin with and the cash they get back from that is just something on the side. As long as you respect our advertisers, you may state your honest opinion of them – saying "This offer sucks!" or "This offer is a scam!" is not an honest opinion since it is speaking out of anger.
What if I break this rule? You will be banned for a minimum of 7 days.
3. Do not paste links to other sites -- This means no referral links whatsoever
A rule that should probably be number one or number two on the list, because it seems to the be the one most broken. This forum is for FusionCash, not for you to see how many people you can get to your other site that you make money off of. It is not a forum for you to spam your link to your store, candle selling site, or any other site that you can make money off of others. If it is a video on YouTube, or a news story you wish to share with us, by all means share your link. But you should not post links to sites that you own, or in which you have a vested interest. We do not need people sharing links that contains links to other sites where the original poster can gain money from other members. Any link found that contains referral links will be taken down immediately, and the poster will be promptly banned. If you have a link and you are unsure if you can post it, please send in a support ticket or an email to support@fusioncash.com and I will be more than happy to look it over and let you know.
What if I break this rule? You will be banned from the forum and the website entirely, no questions asked, no second chances. People are taking advantage of this forum and it is no longer going to fly.
4. Understand that we cannot filter all of the content on the forums, so you may read or see something you don't like.
This isn't so much a rule as the others. We do believe in free speech, so if someone doesn't like the color purple and purple is your favorite color – sorry. We are not going to mute people's opinion of us or other subjects. Be respectful, observe the golden rule, and know that everyone is not going to share the same view you have.

Does that include discussing other survey sites that are posted on fusion cash for $? I understand a totally separate site that has nothing to do with fusion cash, but what about a forum asking about the other survey sites fusion cash displays?

I mean there are only 4 rules. It does not seem hard to follow these rules. I'm not sure if we can discuss other sites, just try to be respectful and not bash any, especially the ones on FC. I think some people just join to go in the forum and say stupid things because they don't care and they just want to see how long it takes for them to get banned. Its just lack of anything better for them to do I guess.

Ok, on a scale of one to 10, how surprised should I be that despite the fact that there are only 4, count them, 4 rules. people still manage to break pretty much every single one of them. payments are only made the 20th of the month (payment for the previous month)
If you hit "cash out" anytime November 1-November 30 you would receive money on or around December 20.
If you hit "cash out" December first you would receive money on or around January 20

i understand the rules. but i feel we should be able to express if a site does not work for us. when you sit and do offers u might like to try and it doesnt work. most people join this to make money so i dont feel it is winning to express fustration. otherwise doesnt it look like everything runs smooth all the time. just a thought because i am at my first cash out and it took a long time because of sites that never paid. but i still like this site it is better then most i have tryed .

I've many times gotten frustrated and said so on this forum. Fusion Cash doesn't want us to "knock" their advertisers, but sometimes it's a bit unfair. I've taken surveys that after 20 pages, they tell me I don't qualify. Those make me frustrated the most. They actually have the answers they needed, and then you get ripped off....not cool. I would much rather not qualify at the beginning and leave it at that, but to ask question after question about a product, and then dump you is dishonest in my book. :angry7:

I hear people all the time whining about an offer that did not credit, but if they were truly interested in the offer it would not be that big of a deal because they wanted the product/service to begin with and the cash they get back from that is just something on the side. As long as you respect our advertisers, you may state your honest opinion of them – saying "This offer sucks!" or "This offer is a scam!" is not an honest opinion since it is speaking out of anger.

3. Do not paste links to other sites -- This means no referral links whatsoever
A rule that should probably be number one or number two on the list, because it seems to the be the one most broken. Nope. Here is a blurb from the Terms of Service.
Expiration. Once an offer or bonus has posted to a user's account, he/she must "cashout" within 180 days. After 180 days, offers and bonuses expire and are no longer eligible for payment.
So if you don't claim your money from offers within that time period, your money is forfeited.

Anytime after you reach the $25 minimum, (of which, $15 must be in completed offers). You could cash out before midnight at the end of the month and get credited around the 20th of June though.

Yes, you (we) have no choice but to "suck it up" and move on when a survey doesn't give credit after completeing it. There is nothing FC can do. It is up to the advertisers/sponsors of surveys to pay us. As it says, in many places, "If you don't get paid, FC doesn't get paid." If you stick around, I guarantee you will see many, many threads, complaints, and comments about the situation. It's frustrating, but it is what it is. ;)

Do any one know how long dose it take to get my payout?
You will get paid on or around the 20th of the month after you cash out. So if you cashed out in March, you will get April 20. If you cashed out in April, you will get on May 20. I usually wait until the last day of the month to cash out so I get more money in my cashout plus you don't have to wait as long to get paid. But some people prefer to cash out as soon as they have $25 (at least $15 in offers) so they can start working on their next cash out.

I totally agree to respect other, some people is a joker and some of them are very serious with every thing when they post. everyone's personality is different, but if we are FC members either new or old members, we are in the same boat. "It's a matter of quotas. DQs can be for any number of reasons, including, simply, being in a particular zip code. For example, this snack survey might hypothetically have a quota of 100 people in Montana or 500 Females. Once they reach that limit, anyone in that bracket will be DQ'd."

Im curious about part of rule number 2. Even if you did the offer because you truly wanted the product and you didnt get credit for it ...isnt that being like you held up your part by trying the offer but they didnt keep they part by crediting you for trying that offer. After all thats why they put the offer there right. :thumbsup:

Yeah its frustrating it seems like I will have 3-4 day runs where I qualify for my first survey, every day, get my dollar, and move on with my life. Than, for like 2 weeks after that I can't qualify for anything no matter how many surveys I try for 2-3 weeks. It's wierd.

2. Respect our advertisers -- Do not discuss cancellation or post disparaging remarks
This is a big one. We rely on the relationship between ourselves and the advertisers and companies we work with to be able to bring you the best offers that are out there. We need our members to understand that the advertisers are paying you to be a member. Please do offers that you are interested in, and not just do them because it has a 20 dollar payout. I hear people all the time whining about an offer that did not credit, but if they were truly interested in the offer it would not be that big of a deal because they wanted the product/service to begin with and the cash they get back from that is just something on the side. As long as you respect our advertisers, you may state your honest opinion of them – saying "This offer sucks!" or "This offer is a scam!" is not an honest opinion since it is speaking out of anger.

3. Do not paste links to other sites -- This means no referral links whatsoever
A rule that should probably be number one or number two on the list, because it seems to the be the one most broken. This forum is for FusionCash, not for you to see how many people you can get to your other site that you make money off of. It is not a forum for you to spam your link to your store, candle selling site, or any other site that you can make money off of others. If it is a video on YouTube, or a news story you wish to share with us, by all means share your link. But you should not post links to sites that you own, or in which you have a vested interest. Ugh I just hate that the payments have to take so long! :( I wanted to buy the guy I like something for Christmas with this money, and I believed that the money would be "instant". Instead, I have to wait until January 20th, which I'm kinda upset about... But atleast I got the money, right?

i am new here.....so far i love this site.....i couldnt believe it was real......i read over the rules, they seem pretty easy to follow....im sure ill have some questions in the near future....im always open to friendly advice....thank you all for having me ..and have a nice day

Don't ever open anther account in fusioncash. For one ip address only one account and they will detect if there is anther account.
