I've never had a problem receiving my payment.  Be patient, the money will come.

I sent in a support ticket asking when I should be expecting it since it seems like others already received theirs.  They said they don't think the Paypal has gone out yet, so we'll probably get ours around the 20th.

It says that my cashout has been approved but I don't see anything in my paypal.  Does it usually take this long?  Maybe cuz of the weekend?  Or should I put in a support ticket?  Thanks.

If your cashout approved it takes about 4 days for paypal, and even then it's 4 business days,  so yeah, it's probably because of the weekend.

So I should be expecting the money to show up in my paypal early this week?  Thanks for the help.
