I like both equally?

Each one's got a purpose, so they're both actively used.

chya, ME TOO<333.
i'm also sad about the next one, though, because it'll be the LAST one :(

Actually, the next movie is not going to be the last. The producers said that with previous books, they could omit things (shortening the length of the movie) without destroying the story. However, the last book is pure storyline... so they're not going to miss a single detail.

In short, the final Harry Potter book will span two movies.

Should you let him know that what he did to your mother still bothers you?

If you go the route of getting him to explain his actions, you may hear any number of things that would rock your world. On the other hand, if you completely ignore his past and not ask, then be prepared for an influx of questions and concerns from the family he beat your mother around (as you claimed he did).

My personal suggestion would be to start correspondence between the two of you before accepting any sort of friend request. And if you want to just not deal with it, deny his request and block him.

i love skiny jeans and i am black so yea thay good

I've seen people of all sizes, shapes, and colors wearing skinny jeans. Once you get a pair in the right size, they're some of the most comfortable jeans in the world. There is one trend I have noticed... the people who complain the most about how "skinny jeans restrict" are those people who get them too small. A good skinny jean will form-fit without constricting.

Nowadays, a good quality denim skinny jean will have about 1-3% of spandex woven in to give it stretchiness. Cheaper varieties potentially have more. I've seen poly and lycra blends. One store I went in for some clothing ideas had a pair of skinny-style pants that were made of Gabardine of all things!

I personally like skinny jeans. They fit comfy and I don't feel restricted at all. I can skateboard and play DDR in my skinny jeans with no problems. I've seen guys wearing them, which is just weird... but otherwise I don't see a problem with skinny jeans.

Know what needs to go away? Mom jeans with the waists so high that they can hold up the female anatomy.  ;D

For those who haven't seen the movie yet, I would highly recommend seeing it in a true IMAX theatre. The opening sequence (about 10 minutes or so) were made into 3D... and it was absolutely amazing. I'm not a big Harry Potter fan, but my husband is, so we went together and I was like  :o

((By true IMAX theatre, I'm not talking about the regular theatres that have a room set aside for IMAX... I'm talking about the monstrous ones like at the Virginia Air and Space Center that are like three stories tall.))

Off-Topic / Re: is 23 too young to get married?

23 is definitely not too young to get married. Heck, when I turn 23, I'll have been married 2 1/2 years already~!

Maturity is a good indicator... but not all people who are mature will do well in a committed relationship, and some immature people are great in committed relationships. Financial stability does not even have to play a factor. In fact, there can't be any real guidelines because what works for some relationships does not work well for others. Best test (beforehand) is for the couple in question to live together under one household. Honestly, if the two can live under a household for at least a year without murdering each other... there's a good indicator that things have a good chance of working out.

Debate & Discuss / Re: Is obesity child abuse?

home_teachin mentioned a 3-year old named Jared at 120 lbs. I could not find any pictures.. but I don't think that I could imagine the image of a three-year old that weighs more than I do.

Here are some pics of Jared.

Wow... Just wow.... 120 lbs. According to the follow-up, her parental rights to the child were completely terminated and she won't hear from him until he's 18. I still cannot fathom how these parents let their children get like that. That is sad and a bit scary.

Well, having a "fluffy" child is neither neglect nor abuse. However, allowing a child to engorge him/herself on nothing but junk food without exercise to the point of morbid obesity - that's neglect. Allowing a child to become morbidly obese means that there is a neglect, a disconnect, from parental duties.

People can complain about the cost of food all they want, but food is only part of the problem. Nowadays, kids are too complacent to sit inside all day and all night and not do anything. Physical activity can really make the difference. Whether it's just walk outside for 30 minutes, go to the gym, a workout video - anything that gets the body moving works.

Support / Re: Quick question about browsers.

The best browsers to use are Chrome and Firefox because they seem to credit better. Most toolbars were initially programmed to run on Internet Explorer - as it is strangely more common. With the widespread popularity of Firefox, updates were made to most so that these toolbars would easily run on Firefox with no troubles. Perhaps the same has not been done for Chrome yet.

If you want to use the toolbars, I would suggest installing them to Firefox. :)

If you complete an offer and it doesn't credit, it will still be visible to you. However, it is against the rules to do the offer again.

Hrm.. pretty much the only thing that irks me is that my husband and I think the exact same things at the exact same time. It gets so bad at times, that people think we're brother and sister vice married!!

I absolutely *LOVE* the King.com site. This past weekend, I placed first in a Pyramids $.32 tournament and won like $18! Back when I did the offer, though, the Admins had to manually credit everyone because there was a problem... so if it doesn't credit, you may need to do it that way.
