My son is 8 years old and he has a cell phone.  He leaves it at home when he is in school.  But I would agree it depends on the age and how responsible they are. Everyone have a blessed day

I think it's crazy, her and the doctor should have thought of what they where doing.  Now her mom's house is being forclosed so what she going to do because she does not work.

I hope this helps the economy because everyone needs it, but will the companys start hiring again or will they continue to lay people off and keep the money for themselves.

Yeah I live in Alabama and the assistance hear sucks for 2 people u can only get $190 a month.  Well I don't get that because they say I make to much in child support sometimes I don't get that.  I lost my job in Dec of 08 and I am still looking hope it gets better.  I am glad I got a great landlord that is understanding and is trying to find things for me to do while I work. But wish everyone the best that is in this mess that is among us and God Bless.
