Im a dog person as I was raised around them. Every time one passes away which is usually a good number of years or like some of our unlucky ones (Max, Wolfie, and Lady's puppies), we get a new one.

Im kind of nervous about giving out my telephone number to these offers do they contact you if you do, or give them out to others? Or is FushionCash safer than that?

It should be up to the parents to decide if they can take care of whatever number of children they want. If they can't they honestly shouldn't but hey this isn't China, its America so if you want 6 kids, but feel you might not be able to support them, I guess go for it as there are people out there who will help.
