Off-Topic / Re: what do u think of Obama
« on: October 09, 2010, 08:04:47 am »Message ID: 251046
First of all it is Obama. Secondly, every one wants to keep putting the blame on Bush. While I agree he also made mistakes one cannot keep placing blame on everything that is transpiring in our current government and ecomony. Obama has been in office nearing two years and he has not assisted in making anything better but rather followed in making things worse. Where are the jobs he promised? Where is the economy boost? Why are we bailing out companies that did not assist the citizens? I could go on and on.

I think people need to evaluate the situation and stop defending Obama. If people want to defend Obama rather than posting he has only been in office for 19 months then post what positive things he has done. At that point, maybe one would have a good discussion.

Thank you all for your consideration.

I agree with God in our Public Schools. I think our society has taken out of school and life in general those things that were sacred. Look at where we are NOW :dontknow:

I very much agree-we need more offers, and MANY more without having to purchase something.

I agree with you. However, the reason we receive payment is for the offers and because of the sponsors. If we do not purchase the sponsors cannot pay out. I do prefer the no CC requirement though

Any ideas on the fastest way to make the minimum 25 dollar cashut?

I think the posts have pretty much cleared this up  Welcome and enjoy. As indicated, you can earn cash quickly by posting, doing the daily and any offers that do not require a CC unless you are interested in the offer. I have taken a few offers that required a CC but I wanted to try out the products.

Minus the verbage used in the post...although I understand the reason for it...I agree with you completely. He has not had time to make any changes :BangHead: He has made plenty of changes...unemployment is up.....taxpayer money provided to stimulate the market has not been used accordingly and the list goes on. He has made seveal changes and as far as I can tell none of them have been good.

I agree everyone has a right to his/her opinion but it would behoove everyone to view and understand what is going on. Maybe it has not affected everyone yet but if it has not it will.

I love Fall and Winter. I also love cooler weather. Living in Texas where it is only cool a few months I cannot get enough of Fall and Winter. The temperature are still in the 70's in the afternoon. I do agree that earlier night fall does make it hard to enjoy things outside. I guess it all depends on where one lives and the different weather scenarios ;)

The guy is absolutely worthless!!!!! He hs been in office for 300 days and has done nothing. He can't even get support from his own party. Everything that he said he would do to get elcted was a lie. The country is in te worst shape in 70 years and getting worse every day

I have read the many posts and I do not like getting into politics as there is always conflict. Although everyone has a right to his or her opinion I would have to say I do not think Obama is doing a good job at this time. The economy is horrible and Obama is spending a majority of his time on issues other than those that need immediate attention NOW! Maybe Obama should be working on these issues instead of leaving the decisions of "Our Country" to Nancy Pelosi! :BangHead:

they've sent money to many corporations to help the citizens but the money is not being used for it's original purpose and no one is holding these companies responsible.  I know several families facing foreclosure and they haven't received any help.  it was a terrible mistake that the president made, so now lets hope he comes through with the healthcare reform or I'm afraid he won't be around for a second term. :BangHead:

I am one of those people. I worked for the same company for three months short of 10 years and received a forced reduction (layoff). My husband and I worked in the same department so both of us lost our jobs. At the time we were making $22.63 an hour per person. My husband is still unemployed and I was finally able to attain a part-time job for $9.50 an hour but all the funds pay for medical insurance for my family (4 of us). Needless to say the funds are no longer available to make all the payments.

I have requested assistance and cannot receive any assistance for food and such as I owe a home and a car. Funny.....my tax dollars go to help others in need but I guess that does not matter! I have lost one vehicle and am now going into foreclosure on my home as I cannot receive any assistance.

I am still blessed as I have my family and wonderful parents that are willing to let us move in until we are on our feet again. I wish the best and pray for those that are not as blesed :angel11:

Off-Topic / Re: True Blood

Any True Blood fans out there? That has become my favorite HBO Series. Last year, around October, I stumbled across True Blood when I was checking out Project Free TV. It was an honest mistake, but I have been hooked ever since. That night it was around 8 or 9 p.m., I stayed up until like 5 in the morning watching the whole first season. Season 2 is finally getting to the nitty gritty. I'm so anxious to see the last episode, but so sad see the end of the saeson. But that's ok. Sept 8 on FX. Season 2 begans. Can anyone tell me what I'm talking about? It's been a while since Ol Sam Crowe made a move. What's gonna happen? Did Jax find out? I guess depending on this season, it'll be a toss up w/ True Blood as far as all time favorite series of the latest shows. Aw, who am I kidding, True Blood Rocks! :BangHead:

TRUE BLOOD FAN HERE  My husband was doing the male thing.....channel surfing.....when we stumbled across it. I watched it thinking it was a movie inside of a series. It ended up being the first season and I was hooked every Sunday. I could not wait for Season 2 and again hooked every Sunday. I personally think Season I was better than Season 2. I love the series and hated to see the finale. Just means I have to wait again. GRRRRRR :BangHead:

Off-Topic / Re: Do you believe in Love at first sight???
« on: October 02, 2009, 07:25:37 pm »Message ID: 95941
I believe love in first sight.....love of the appearance, personality of someone and etc. Like another person posted it depends on one's definition. Love at first sight is usually visual in my opinion. The real question for me is does love last forever? I realize love changes but does it stay strong and how does one keep it strong?

Off-Topic / Re: Jobs to do at home
« on: October 02, 2009, 07:19:16 pm »Message ID: 95939
When I lost my job I looked and tried several opportunities. I would not say that they were or were not legitimate but the cost associated with joining was unattainable. In my opinion, if it is a job then one should not have to pay to sign up to work from home! Good luck and I wish you well. Working from home would be ideal especially these days.....save on cash and etc.
