Hi Folks what is the deal with the offers that want your cell phone.. Do they charge you the 9.99 right away? or can you cancel before they do...

This has happened to many of us who have completed the daily offers.  Sometimes  you just don't qualify.  Be sure to clear your cookies before attempting to complete the offers.  Good luck.

Today I completed about 98% of Giveusyour2cents offer and it said  I didn't qualify because they had reached their quota.  It can get frustrating.

That drives me nuts when you get that far and it shuts u down

Watch your credit cards... best thing to do is get orgnized on a spreadsheet.... GET THE CANCLE NUMBER before you leave the site..
