Offers / Re: Cell Phone Number
« on: November 21, 2009, 10:40:39 am »Message ID: 111710
I have a Go Phone that is active but doesn't have any minutes on it that I give out for the offers. They take the phone because it is registered and active, but they can't call or text it. The offers that required you to put in a pin number I just skipped.

Word of warning! Some companies WILL sell or share your phone numbers! I gave out my land line number once and had people calling within the next day! Be sure to put your number on the National Do Not Call Registry: https://www.donotcall.gov/ . If you haven't heard of this registry before you should check into it! Numbers placed on the Do Not Call Registry will not receive calls fro telemarketers. This law went into place in February of 2008. The registry is good for both home and mobile phones.

No he/she is not.  The current holiday of Thanksgiving and the traditions surrounding it originated from pagan celebrations and ideals that very much predate Christianity.

Did anyone even notice this?

Someone clearly needs a history lesson....

Offers / Re: is there money to be made on here?

Apparently from what I understand from reading other post, the money is in the referrals. Get a lot of referrals and you'll start seeing some cash coming in. Just don't expect to make it rich or quite your job or anything.

If you're like me you're here to make some extra cash. I'm inbetween jobs and looking for work and am here just to help fill in the gaps in my budget.

I don't think there is anything wrong with believing in God, It's like believing you will hit the lottery one day...You're never really sure but you keep believing.

I don't understand how people can be so sure that God doesn't exist. Just the fact that humans are unable to do so many things and only capable of so much so tell you something.

I don't think it is impossible for God to exist but I just don't know how likely it is that he does.

It would be nice if God exists. And those that wouldn't want a God to exist are most likely bad people that would of went to hell anyways

God Bless

I see your way of thinking. It's true that it is entirely possible that God does or doesn't exist. If you look at the evidence in a logical way there is no REAL proof for either side of that argument. It's what you believe and what your heart tells you.  ;)

Holy *bleep*! An open-minded christian!? HOW CAN THIS BE!?!? Seriously, good for you.

We are out there, ya know! I agree with Lynnette19. Most Christians (and this is solely my opinion from observation) are simply drones. They go to church, they get "fed" by the preacher, and the mindlessly believe everything that comes out of that preachers mouth... They never sit back and realize that the preacher is human too. Prone to the same sins and the same foul-ups as everyone else. They soak in what that preachers says and mindlessly believe it and repeat it...never thinking for themselves, never learning for themselves.

Most never actually go to the Bible and read and let the Lord lead them in their own studies... and least it is this way with most Southern Baptist churches I have been too. Don't get me wrong...there are very good churches out there but they tend to be far and inbetween. Christians need to learn for themselves, form their own opinions, and not just mindlessly believe and repeat what has been fed to them for so many years.

Now before you call me an Atheist...you simple minded Christians reading this...I am a Christian, I go to church, and I have a personal relationship with my God. I'm just not closed minded and am an independent thinker.

FusionCash / New Offers are Slow at Coming...
« on: November 17, 2009, 10:25:47 am »Message ID: 110251
Okay, I've been a member for a whole 2 days now and am starting to realize something... New offers don't come in very often do they? I've been able to meet my $15 quota in just a day but I think that is because I'm a new member. I've only seen one or two new offers in the last 24hrs. Which comes to reason that after you complete all the offers at your initial sign up it's going to be a lot more difficult to complete your $15 monthly quota. Is this correct?

I've come to realize through other posts that the real money is made through referrals. Seeing I have just started a blog that isn't really up and running yet, FusionCash is going to be more of a long term investment; making your cash through the referral process... Is this also the majority opinion here?

The History Channel has an excellent special on this and it is very enlightening. You should see it.

I seen it. It was pretty good. If you're interested in these sort of things you should check out the links I posted earlier:

I don't believe the world is going to end on December 21st, 2012. According to some it does mark a date however. It marks the date of the start of something that could shake up this whole world. That is if you believe. I'll post an article and a video interview with Dr. Pete Peterson. Then we can discuss after you've formed your own opinions.

The interview is in 3 parts and it's about 4hrs long but well worth the watch.

I have...

My mother, sister and I where driving to one of my mom's friend's house late one night when I was a lot younger. As we pulled into the drive we all seen a woman dressed in a white night gown sitting on the front porch. (This was a old house in the middle of town) As we pulled in the drive the woman stood up, turned around, opened the front door, proceeded to walk in and closed the door behind her. We didn't think anything of it...until we when inside the house. There were 3 people sitting in the living room FULLY DRESSED. When we asked about who just came inside, they told us no one had been outside in at least a hour! We told them about the woman and they wasn't shocked the least! They showed us a room and the back of the house that no one used. Everything inside was covered by white sheets...really creepy. When we got back to the living room the continued to tell us that late at night you'll sometimes see a hand reaching around the corner out of that room from the corner of your eye and that if you stay up late enough, early in the morning you'll sometimes see a white mist "float" down the hall, into the kitchen, sit down at the table for a few minutes, and then float back down the hall and disappear.

They told us this in the most casual tone as if it was a normal occurrence for them, part of the routine... That was my first and only "ghost" story.

what is with people these days. so I take it than after BC the world just continued to be BC

This isn't a religious debate... I happen to be a Christian myself but am able to look at other peoples point of views and form my own as well. I'm a very independent thinker. I hold my ties to my roots in Christianity without closing my mind to new incites.

I can usually fix problems with any computer, but this one issue with Vista is ticking me off!!!   :BangHead:
When I start it, it restarts, ect.  It says that I need to restart it again. One day I did it like 7 times in a row!!  It was a sad day....  :'(
I think because it's my computer, my issue, it is easier for me to just hit NO and go on with my day! Lol...

I don't like Vista...with that said, try the link below. If that doesn't fix the issue we can move on to find a different solution:

my computer keeps restarting on its own..

and graphics are bad..

what can i do to fix it?

replacement?

better to upgrade or get a new one?

If your computer is restarting on it's own you most likely have a power issue. Is your computer a desktop or a laptop?

Off-Topic / Re: Does anyone like to blog???
« on: November 16, 2009, 03:31:00 pm »Message ID: 110016
I have my own blog that I started not too long ago. The link to it should be on my profile. It's going to centered around life and my interests. Things such as the green movement, technology, health and fitness, and life lessons among other things. I've actually been finding it hard to find the time to keep up with it so I'm going to try to get it to where I focus on nothing but the blog for a minimum of one hour a day until I can get my blog built up.
