Yes, what happens is you sign up and do receive the card for $1.99. If you are happy with the purchase, they continue to send you cards at a high cost (I believe if I remember correctly it is like $12.99 per card), so if you are not interested in paying that, dont do this offer!

They usually do not count one liners. For example, responding to a post, "Great" does not count for forum posting. IDK is that is your case, just making the point. Hey, all you gotta do is go post one more and your set

Yes, if you read the fine print, most of them say that you get a free subscription or something "free", then you are charged a monthly subscription fee. I have seen fees as high as $20 per month, so be careful!

I have a suggestion that I would like you folks at FusionCash to seriously consider,

How about being able to do the MyThoughtCounts, GiveUsYour2Cents, and SurveyHead as many times as we would like (of course, not doing the same survey twice, but trying to qualify for multiple surveys in one day)...?
