The best toothpaste to brush your teeth is a toothpaste containing fluoride and has the ADA shield/ Accepted by the American Dental Association.  Also tartar control toothpastes are good to use because they contains a chemicals to  slow the build-up tartar. Which is bacterial plaque that has harden and can be very difficult to remove with a toothbrush.

A person should floss their teeth at least once a day if they are good at it. Twice a day if they still need practice. The best time you should floss is bedtime to be sure that you remove all of the left over food from in between your teeth.

I brush my own teeth at least 5 times a day to remove plaque and food debris rom my mouth. I also rinse out my mouth with a sip water, switching it in between my teeth for a least 20 seconds. Or  chew sugarless or sugar-free gum when I am unable to brush my teeth in between meals to help prevent cavities.

1. When I first wake up in the morning.
2. After I finish eating breakfast.
3. After lunch
4. After dinner
5. Bedtime

1st is pray to the lord for letting me open my eyes and the last thing i do each day is thank god for everything i have in my life and tell my husband how much i love him and then say a little prayer for the ones we have lost

So for those of you who enjoy going out for dinner this is a good day to treat the whole family out to dinner. But keep in mind that the thieves will be out also. So don't forget to lock you doors and leave a light home before you leave home and have a good night out.

Did you know that Grandparent's Day is right around the corner. This year it will be on Sunday September the 9, 2012.  So don't forget to mark your calenders. Due to the economy some grandparents are unable to have the joy of having their grand children come to visit them. Because the families that live miles away can't afford pay for gas prices or airfare. Which is pretty bad for our nation. But thank God for the telephone and facebook to keep in touch with our love ones.

Thanksgiving Day turned around is a day for giving thanks to the Lord for all the things that he has given us throughout ourlives like; providing us parents to makes sure that we have food to eat, clothes on our back and a roof over our heads. Most of all to give the Lord thanks for the many blessings that He has poor upon us and for allowing us to give to those who are less fortunate they we are.
