What and how do you cook pumpkin other than pumpkin pie or bread.  I love yellow squash fried as for acorn squash and others I have not eaten, but my son boiled acorn squash I believe and than put butter and pepper on it he liked it.

I cook pumpkin with rice, also I cook pumpkin pizza before. or just steam/boil the pumpkin, put some sugar on it, I love this way, also acorn squash, I make the same way, or cut it into pcs, fry it, then put tomato sauce on it.

I like pumpkin and squash, I bought speghtti squash yesterday, This the first time bought this kind squash, I didn't cook yet, cos I don't know how it taste, one of my friend told me that it taste good that's the reason Why I buy it, I am going to cook it now, try and see if it taste good
