Well, now this is an interesting discussion. Hmm.

Personally, I don't mind if a lady wants/likes to grow out some body hair - so long as she shaves her underarms. I can pretty much handle hair everywhere else on a lady except for under her arms. That just is kinda pushing it too far for me.

As for men, I just don't want to see a guy looking like he's wearing a "fur suit". You have lots of hair? That's okay, but take care of it. Trim it down or wax it off. Don't go wearing a "fur suit" year round. It's just kind of nasty.

Your topic title "Why are Men the way they are?"......well, I think that is one question us women will never get an answer to. I have tried to understand men, and still today, I am trying to understand my husband.....I get so mad at him sometimes, but only God knows why I love him so much. I think mostly men have this ego that they can't let go of themselves. They feel the need to be in control of their situations at all times. I remember my mom telling me when I was little, if a man truly loves you, he will let you be in control sometimes......and.....will hold your purse for you...Lol. 

I don't either gender will ever fully understand the other; our minds work differently based on our biological makeup. And I definitely don't believe we have a "control" thing. It's more of a "pride" thing. But I think women are the same way; neither gender really wants to have their pride offended.

I think Obama's doing the best he can with what he has to work with at the moment. The change this country needs isn't going to happen overnight, and it certainly might take a few years for things to look up. But by all means, if you think you can run this country better, in its' current state, then run for president.

I think everyone has their faults. Doesn't mean they shouldn't be loved any less, but you should try to help them as much as you can. Try to help them get clean, especially.

I think looks can get you far, but if you don't have a personality, I think you're going to feel really empty at the end of the day when you can't hold down a partner. At the same time, though, if you don't keep yourself looking presentable, then I think it's going to be difficult for people to see past that and get to know your personality. A good balance is always nice.
