Off-Topic / Can landlord file eviction before end of month?

I am current up through December. I have been paying what I can each week - my hours were cut at work and I only am part time. I explained to the landlord that I have another part time job with higher rate of pay and hours and be patient with me but she filed already. Can she file before the end of this month since I am current with the other months?

So my health insurance coverage was terminated and I am down to one prescription left and can't refill. I am thankful that the one left is my blood pressure medicine.

Being divorced myself, it's not easy but living with someone who continually lies - it's a good environment for you and your child. People say stay together for the children. I don't necessarily agree with that because the children know when things are wrong. You have to do what's right for you and your child. I wish you the best.

P.S. My divorce turned out to be the best for me because my ex was not the right person for me.

Right now I am in a hotel - so it's a king. But once I get settled in an apartment it will be a twin bed.
