I did see something interesting posted on the 'Support' Ticket page saying that you should take a screen shot of the page where it sais you have been credited. I'm assuming its one that appears after you have completed the survey by FusionCashDollars saying your account has been credited. You can use this as evidence.
I did two surveys and didn't know I should keep them open for longer than 10 minutes, nor did I screen shot it. 26 minutes wasted on a family health survey.
Oh well live and learn. Thanks for posting this. I understand how frustrating this is. And this is why sites like this can't be used a primary way to make money, because technical issues happen. I am a bit worried about because if this continues, I can't keep wasting my time on something that doesn't work.
Fusion, please fix this issue, or take it down altogether. Thanks!
