Support / Re: Surveys wont be credited
« on: March 21, 2013, 05:01:51 am »Message ID: 707707
I did see something interesting posted on the 'Support' Ticket page saying that you should take a screen shot of the page where it sais you have been credited. I'm assuming its one that appears after you have completed the survey by FusionCashDollars saying your account has been credited. You can use this as evidence.

I did two surveys and didn't know I should keep them open for longer than 10 minutes, nor did I screen shot it. 26 minutes wasted on a family health survey.  :BangHead:

Oh well live and learn. Thanks for posting this. I understand how frustrating this is. And this is why sites like this can't be used a primary way to make money, because technical issues happen. I am a bit worried about because if this continues, I can't keep wasting my time on something that doesn't work.  :crybaby2:

Fusion, please fix this issue, or take it down altogether. Thanks!  :peace:

Payments / I finally cashed out.

I hope I get paid soon. It's still pending so I hope that it gets approved.

How long does it usually stay in pending status? I don't want to have an issue.  :angry7:

FusionCash / Preliminary questions to qualify for a survey and survey taken don't make sense.
« on: November 22, 2011, 06:01:45 am »Message ID: 449719
Have you ever answered preliminary questions that are to qualify you for a survey, yet the survey itself is completely unrelated to the questions you just answered that qualified you?

Case in point.

I tried to qualify for Live Sample Daily survey on 'Do you own a pet' and I was brought to a survey about 'Technology'.   :angry7:
I tried yesterday on Live Sample Daily survey on 'Do you own a pet' and I'm brought to a survey on 'Knowledge of the Chinese Culture'?   ???

Huh?  :dontknow:

Is anyone else getting this weirdness on Live Sample?

I usually wait until the 2nd to the last day of the month to make the request -- gives me more posts to choose from -- haven't forgotten to request the bonus yet.   But if you do forget, you can always make a request for last month in the current month too.  Credits are issued at the end of the month FOLLOWING the month you made the request.

This is very helpful. I didn't know you could request credit for the month prior.
How far back can you request it though?

Thanks so much for your input.  :angel11:

I can't find it and I'm 5 cents short of hitting my first payout.

Suggestions / Re: Credit for trying surveys?

I actually know a survey site that pays you for attempting even if you don't qualify.  ;D

But it's by invite only. I've been with them for 4 years now and I have no complaints. When I do qualify I get from $3 to up to $20. But they don't give out cash and there surveys don't come everyday. They usually give you subscriptions or gift cards which is fine by me, as long as I am being paid for hard labor.

As it is I'm nearing my threshold and soon to be making my first and 'only' pay out.

I have to say it has been a unique but not 'rewarding' experience here, but I'm not one to get frustrated. I'm persistent.

I'm happy with the 'support' I have received and so far since I've been detailed with time, date and survey posted. They have responded by either confirming the survey or 'apologetically' suggesting I try again. I have done this several times.

I don't give up.  ;D And since then I haven't had a problem with my surveys being credited.

So, to those of you who are having this issue, talk to tech support and count the times you have had an answer. Eventually they are going to start taking your 'complaint' seriously enough to understand there is a definite technical problem that needs to be addressed. Be descriptive in what survey didn't work and exactly what you saw. Gather screen shots if you have to and make a ticket. Go through the channels. Posting it here won't make the surveys work. Good Luck!

You obviously found the paid to post page and looked at the form where it requires you to enter the numbers from three of your posts.  These are examples for FC to check out.  Just pick three of your thirty posts that you think represent you the best.  Submit your form by the end of one calendar month and you'll most likely receive your $3 by the end of the following month.

This is EXACTLY the answer I was looking for. You see, I would probably be posting my 30, and then not submit the 3 that represent me the most. So then if I don't submit these I won't see the $3. This confused me as I thought you just had to submit your 30 and fusion cash would take care of the rest. Thank you so much!

I've seen a few folks have over $25 mark but never cashed out. Is this indicative of a problem?  ???

Free trials and business kits are your best bet. You might have to pay, but at least you would get $150. Good luck.  :icon_rr:

Payments / Re: Has anyone done a survey for a half hour then gotten the sorry you dont qualify

Many of the surveys have ways of detecting if your answers are being consistent - ie. they ask the same question, but re-worded a different way later on, to see if your answer is the same.

This is something that is not right, and kind of underhanded as you might interpret their question differently if they 'reword' it.
Those are the ones that usually take enormous amounts of time and its almost like a 'mind probe' or an 'interrogation' not really a survey.  :angry7:

I am going to focus on just getting my first payout. That's about it.  :angry7:

I'm up to $18 so far, and its because for the whole month I've been consistent on at least doing a survey and hitting the ones that actually pay, not the bad links.
Also signing up for quotes etc, but its havoc with my phone. I'm tired of peple calling me.  ::)

I do the daily emails plus some of the surveys that actually work  :BangHead:

But I don't invest as much time as I used to. I spent 3 hours on here once and only made a dollar.  :P

Wow, well I'm very disappointed really. I just want to hit my threshold and cash out. I've been here nearly a month and have not been able to get very far on 'just offers you don't have to pay'. All the higher paying ones require you to invest and at the moment I don't have the money. Besides it doesn't seem to me this is a survey site, as more of a feedback site for products you purchase. I can do that with every receipt I get at the local grocery store. Hope it works out though.
