Forgiveness can be the hardest thing to give. Someone can do something so wrong to you that you don't if you could ever forgive them. I know that if I ever did something horribly to someone (and I have) that I would not expect them to forgive me, but I hope they would. And so I forgive others though it may take time.

I think used cars are the way to go. Tags and insurance are a lot higher on brand new cars, but if you go to a reputable dealer who puts a warranty on every car they sell you can get a really good used car. Some dealers these days are also using Car Fax. I have never used it, but it could be very useful.

Wow. That's awesome. Congratulations. How did you do it? I need to lose about 50 pounds myself, but I have no willpower at all.

Off-Topic / Re: what would you do if you won the lottery

If I won the lottery, I would donate some money to charity, then I would give some to my family and help them out, and then I would pay off some bills and do some remodeling.

We are a pizza family. I really like the deep dish but my husband doesn't. He says it hurts his stomach so we get the hand tossed and the thin n' crispy.

I never liked the look of the black whopper. Burger King is wasting their money with this product. I always get the regular whopper. I hope next yea they come up with something a better for Halloween.

I don't have a kindle, but I do have an android tablet and smartphone that has the amazon kindle app and the google books app. I read books on them sometimes and they are ok, but prefer paperback books. I just like hold them and turn the pages. It is more relaxing.

I really like this show, but I was really disappointed they left the series hanging after Rick's friend saw him shoot that guy. I really wanted to continue watching after that. Oh well.

The weather is turning cooler here in Oklahoma. I love this time of year. Spring and fall are the best. I could sit out in the cool air for hours.

I plan to keep mine as long as I possibly can. As long as it still functioning, that's all I need. But my husband thinks he has to have the next big thing that comes out. I keep telling him that we can't afford it so he will have to make do with what he has.

We  have cable, but we have thought about switching to satellite; especially when our internet started cutting out. We are worried about the cost though. I think we will just stick with cable.

Off-Topic / Re: being frugal
« on: November 04, 2013, 07:22:11 am »Message ID: 813940
My husband and I have two different opinions about money. My doesn't care to save money. He has even told me at one time that he doesn't believe in it. I, on the other hand, have always saved money and my loose change. I even started saving cans about a year ago after I lost my job. Being frugal isn't easy, but it pays off. My husband knows I am saving money, but he doesn't know how much. I hate not telling him, but if he knew he would want to spend the money on fast food, going out, and technological toys. I want to save for a second car, emergencies, and hopefully our retirement.

There is no telling what you will find while you are walking. I save all my change and I will pick up any loose change I happen to come across. It all adds up. The more you pick up the more you have.
