I have never done yoga but I have heard the same and I do believe it could help. But I also believe it goes deeper than that. I think the addition of yoga is great, but the most important thing is diet. I firmly believe, from personal experience, that if you get your diet right all of your pain will be gone.
Well, the 2nd trailer has hit and BOOM! Spider-Man has returned! I think he looks great! The costume looks -in a word- Amazing!
Looks like plenty of action! Is Rhodey gonna die?!? We find out May 6th!!!
I would say try to check with the Goodwill career centers and call and see if your county has some bus assistance for low income people.
It sounds like you have a positive attitude towards getting what you want and just setting the tiniest of goals such as obtaining your birth certificate or getting your license is a huge step! Do you have a resume? What kind of experience do you have? Are you more of a hands on type of person? All things to consider before finding a long term position. As for staying with your parents, as long as they are supportive of you and are willing to help you out while you are not working and not making you feel guilty, then I would definitely keep the communication wide open with mom and dad and make sure they are involved with your goal settings every step of the way. Offering a few bucks here and there to help with living expenses and just keep surrounding yourself with loving and supportive people. Build a nice resume and submit it on Monster.com and CareerBuilder.com and you will be amazed at how many people contact you! Good luck my friend and I wish you luck in all your endeavors!
Start out by doing odd jobs for people. See what you can do like mow lawns, fix / wash cars etc.
Buy bus pass for a month, this gives you mobility to go and get things done without asking others for rides.
Your birth certificate cost a small fee and all it takes is a trip to the SSA office. Your Drivers' license cost a small fee as well and you can go and acquire it.
You can take a course at the community college in your area, this will make you employable. Find something that's in demand.
You and do all things through Christ which strengthens you: Philippians 4:13

I hope things change for the better for you. My son lives with me and he has similar problems. Let his DL expire. Doesn't have a job and for the most part doesn't leave the house. I will pray that things will change for you and as I hope things will for him.
