I try my best to floss at least once a day. I have had loads of issues with my gums since i was pregnant. I was told to help prevent gum disease, gingivitis, and cavities you need to floss. MY gums bled a lot at first and it has actually gotten a lot better since I have tried to make it part of my daily routine.

My children are still young. My oldest is 7 and we have always taught her to treat everyone like she would want to be treated herself. So far she has been nice to anyone she meets and unfortunately there are just some not so nice people out there. I want her to grow up forming her own opinions about the people she meets.
