Support / Web Stories not working

Web stories not working in video hits... I have always enjoyed these mainly because I like reading some of the quirky stories    They do not advance to the "click to earn 1 cent" and haven't for the last few days.

Does anyone from the actual SUPPORT TEAM even read these? I don't need feedback from other users as I am an experienced mTurk worker and have been on here long enough to understand how things work other than this forum that feels pretty useless after never getting a response from anyone and YES I HAVE turned in "tickets" without ever, ever, ever getting a response.

I keep submitting help tickets to no avail.  I wish not to discuss my issues here as I have seen so many belittled for asking for help. If no admin is here to assist, why does the forum (and THIS subheading) even exist?

I have continuous problems, constantly get halfway through a survey and get disqualified. I'm only coming here daily to get the whopping 15cent paid to click after watching 5 videos and my 2 cent email.... 22 cents a day just to get to my 25$ and I am out of here.  I've signed up for everything on the sign up page and have yet to be credited for several... Anytime I ask a support question, I feel certain members are putting me under questioning and things are my fault. This forum is not moderated from what I can tell and you bet I'm cutting my losses and leaving. I've made so much more money on an honest site, last night in 2 hours I made 11$   They let you cash out every day if you want, and it is not dependent on bonuses or DQ's.

Support / Video on "Choosing a Hotel" is a SCAM and I had to force close Chrome

The new video asking you to watch and then search for a hotel is a continuous loop of popups and audio for you to install anti-virus software and warnings (repeated!) that your computer is infected. I had to force close my browser in order for it to go away.  This was NOT worth the PENNY I did not get credited for.  As soon as I am able to cash out, I am OUT of here. I make better money performing HITS elsewhere!

NONE of my support tickets have been answered either. I've given up. 4 days at an 8 hour average per day and only 16.75. Just not worth it to me.

I seem to be having a lot of difficulties today.... ADHD Slideshow under watch videos sends me to a domain parking site. I clicked a few links from there to see if maybe that was the point but noooo....
So I'm out a penny and 5 minutes of my time... but still =|

Support / Not credited for Mercury Magazine offer or Ipsos I-Say

I completed Mercury Magazine and received the .pdf in my email.  I'm ticked about not getting paid for Ipsos because it is 2.25 and took me over an HOUR.  I have confirmation emails from both places but not from FC.  I'm not new at this, I know how to finish and complete offers/surveys so is there anything else I am doing wrong? I can't turn in a ticket because it keeps saying I have not completed the form.  I can upload a screenshot proving I AM filling out the ticket in it's entirety....

Trying to submit a ticket for 2 offers I completed but were not credited for and it keeps saying "Form not filled out completely".  I filled in topic, subject and the body of the ticket but it keeps sending me in a loop.
