I am loving the warmer weather. It was almost 80 yesterday and I took my dog for a long walk in the evening and so many neighbors were out on their porches. It's wonderful!

Good for you! I love to drink water. When I need something a little more I also add lemons. I have a few water pitchers in my refrigerator: one with lemons, one with cucumbers (very refreshing after yoga), and one with limes.

I hadn't really thought about it but I'm happy with my height. I'm 5'5'' and I guess since it's something I can't really change I don't think about too much...like the serenity prayer, "God, grant me the Serenity, to accept the things I can not change, Courage to change the things I can, and Wisdom to know the difference. "

Yes, I think I've seen every episode of Law & Order SVU and continue to watch the new ones. One of my favorites shows.

That's a wonderful quote - thank you for sharing. I especially love the part, "Walk through the corridors with a smile rather than a scowl." It's something I try to do it all the time...and it works.
