Payments / Why does it take so long to cashout???says not till Jan 20th!

From what I have read (may have misunderstood though) I thought cashouts were at the end of the month, yet why does mine say on or before Jan 20th??
Will I still get paid at the same time as everyone else at the end of the month or when it says Jan 20th it means Jan 20th?
