Suggestions / Explanation for restricted accounts.

So, anyway, the title pretty much covers the basics. But, I'll explain it a little further.

A while back, my account was temporarily restricted, something about non-US users signing up with my referral link. I had no knowledge of this, so you can imagine how confused I was. Now when I found out, all the notification did was direct me to the TOS and tell me to submit a support ticket. Support tickets take forever, and I read and reread the TOS several times, and still could not figure it out. I just kept wondering, "What have I done?" When the support ticket was answered about 1 1/2 months later, about 1/4 of my earnings had expired. I was relieved, but also surprised at the offense.
So, anyway, all I'm proposing is that if someone is restricted, at least the notification could EXPLAIN why, so that they would already know what happened and the issue could be resolved quicker. It seems like a fairly simple thing to do. Also, I suggest that you only restrict certain parts of the site depending on the offense. Even though my problem had NOTHING to do with the forums, I was still banned from them for a whole month and a half, when I could have gotten help, probably more quickly, from them instead of waiting way too long for a support ticket.

In a nutshell, let the people know what they are accused of, and just restrict access to the parts of the site relevant to the offense.
