I have to get the Pancake Puff thing ! I have a GREAT recipe for baked pancake that I would LOVE to use that pan for !
Here is the recipe if anyone would like to try my baked pancakes. The time would ofc have to be a little shorter for the pancake puff pan though.
Becca's Baked Pancakes
INGREDIENTS
* 3 eggs
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
* 1/2 cup milk
* 2 tablespoons butter softened
* confectioners' sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
DIRECTIONS
1. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until very light. Add salt, flour, vanilla extract, almond extract, and milk; beat well. Thoroughly rub bottom and sides of a 10-in. cast-iron or heavy skillet with butter. Pour batter into skillet. Bake at 450 degrees F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and bake 5 minutes more or until set. Remove pancake from skillet and place on a large hot platter. Dust with confectioners' sugar. Serve immediately.
