Support / Forum Bonus?

Earlier this month, I made 32 posts in the forum. I filled out the form (I'm positive I did this because the site wouldn't let me fill out another last week.) I submitted the form on May 8 or 9. If there was something wrong with the form or my posts, could you please let me know so that I can fix it before the end of the month?? /Thanks.

Support / I haven't received credit for my February forum posts.

I made 32 posts and highlighted 2 quotes for the month of February, thus meeting the requirements for the $3.00 bonus. I did exactly the same in January and received my $3.00 immediately. So why haven't I received credit for February?
