Payments / Cashout: Paypal Question

I'm assuming that if my profile is set for Paypal, and I have a verified email address entered, then when I choose to cashout, it will automatically go to Paypal?  It seems the only actual "options" on the cashout screen is for Direct Deposit vs check, but my profile is set as Paypal, instead of check.

Do I have that right?

I looked back, and didn't see, but are the daily offers once every 24 hour period, or once every FC calendar day?
