Offers / Do offers disappear sometimes?

I see the Smart Credit offer is not on my Offers page anymore. It was one of the ones I completed but did not receive credit for. I am still fairly new, is it unusual for offers to disappear or no?

They both are supposed to credit $1.00 but neither one seemed to credit me.

Okay, so I'm bored. But I love hearing stories about puppies/dogs and kittens/cats. Right now my little 5 month old chihuahua/terrier Penny Lane is sitting next to me on the couch and while she is probably the most clingy animal that I have ever owned, she is also the sweetest. A brat sometimes, but so cute that I can never stay mad. Oh, and for some reason she likes to eat paper and hair? Hahaha, it's disgusting.

I was recently laid off and I've been running around looking for jobs, particularly online, but it makes me feel like when I apply online, my application goes off to some imaginary place where it is never actually looked at by the people hiring. Have any of you had good luck in applying for a job online or do you think getting an application in person is better?
