Payments / Cashing out at end of month or beginning of month?

Hi all, I  have enough to cash out to hopefully receive payment by September 20th. My question was do you have to remain within the month? So in other words, if I cashed out on Sept. 1st instead of the last day of August, my payment would not be received until October 20th? Just trying to figure out the payment timelines  thanks!
