Suggestions / Sooner Cashout Process for Higher Ranked Members
« on: May 31, 2012, 04:27:09 pm »Message ID: 545585
A suggestion: I think it would be very encouraging to the members who have put time and effort into the forum and have completed a lot of offers and have had several cashout, to have a sooner cashout processing time overtime. Rather than waiting for the normal 20 days, it would be maybe 10 days for a level, 5 days for another level.

The ranking would work just like the forum, but would be for a sooner cashout reward. I know it would cause a little more trouble for the admins, but it's just a suggestion.

Off-Topic / [Water]--Staying hydrated on a budget!
« on: January 25, 2012, 10:19:10 am »Message ID: 480229
I am on a super tight budget: the kind of budget that has no in-comings, meaning, I don't work, and I'm a full-time college student. BUT, water is important, and one has to keep oneself hydrated. I can't drink tap water due to numerous reasons, and I have considered buying water filters. The problem is that I don't really have a water source all to myself, and I don't see installing a water filter when I need it and removing it when I don't.

So it comes down to this: I can either buy a twenty-four pack bottle water every now and then (I don't drive either, so public transportation or walking are my only options, which means I can't carry more than one pack, though it would be cheaper over time) OR I could start buying the gallons of water (I just realized this alternative two days ago) which are way cheaper. But the thing is I do have a sort of dehydration problem, and not all water gives me the "not-thirsty" feeling, which means I could keep drinking as much as my stomach will allow and still feel thirsty. I have never tried the water in gallons, so I'm skeptical.

So tell me. What is/are your water source(s) or mean(s)?
How much does it cost per month?
What would you recommend for a "piece of work" like me?

Some people's goals suddenly seem to get bigger near the end of a year and at the start of a new year. What is your ultimate goal for this year?

I am getting a message to verify my age before watching a video, but when I do, it still sends me back to the same verification thing. Why is it doing this?

How old was I? Well, I don't really remember because it hasn't passed yet! I'm 20 and still don't know how to swim! Is there anyone on the forum who doesn't know how to swim? Or how old were you when you learned to swim?

Offers / What happened to the daily task offers?

I enjoyed doing these tasks. They were my fastest means of reaching a payment on due date. What happened to them? I want them back. It keeps saying everyday that their not available. Is everyone getting this or is it just me?

Off-Topic / What do Vegans do for Thanksgiving?
« on: November 21, 2011, 04:54:05 pm »Message ID: 449541
How do Vegans celebrate Thanksgiving? Since they can't eat meat, and if it wasn't clear, turkeys are indeed meat, what do they replace the turkey with.

Some people do not celebrate Thanksgiving solely because of turkey eating, but that's a big part of the holiday based on history.

So, I'm curious, what do Vegans (those who celebrate Thanksgiving) cook and serve?

Off-Topic / Why do you celebrate Christmas?
« on: November 13, 2011, 10:03:11 am »Message ID: 446099
I'm hoping to find some honest answers as to why you celebrate Christmas.

Then, you can go ahead and write why you think other people celebrate Christmas.

Off-Topic / Do you need a psychiatrist?
« on: November 09, 2011, 06:18:56 pm »Message ID: 444908
How do you know you're in need of a psychiatrist? I take it what a psychiatrist does is listen to your and help you figure out how to relieve what's bothering you mentally. Someone to talk to and who "understands."

The truth is some people just don't have anyone to talk to at all. Others refuse to tell someone what's bothering them. And still others refuse to let out their bad feelings which overtime accumulates and cause mental problems. And then, they're in need of a psychiatrist.

What do you think? How would you know if you're in need of a psychiatrist.

Debate & Discuss / Vegetarianism: the solution?
« on: November 06, 2011, 08:57:24 pm »Message ID: 443429
I was watching some gruesome video footage of what really happens in factories that process chickens, cows, pigs, and many other animals, and how these animals suffered and died overwhelmed with fear. These factories continue to do what they do based on the demands of the population. If the population were to go vegan, these factories would literally have to shut down and animals would have earned their rights to live in peace and be left alone.

The other side is this: a population consuming everything but meat would inevitably be a population consuming plant related foods, meaning the trees and plants would have to replace the animals and endure their suffering. Now if you think about it, the world has been trying hard to preserve trees and "going green" and that would ultimately harm the trees and plants in a major way.

Both sides come down to the simple point of preserving our planet, both animals and plants.
But what do you think? Do you think going vegan is the solution, or would a vegan population be worst than one that consumes meat?

[Note: Please answer honestly and avoid the common phrase, "To each their own." This is a debate and I want to hear your opinions. Speak for yourself, not for everyone else.]

Off-Topic / What do you do with pennies? Need help!
« on: September 21, 2011, 10:15:50 pm »Message ID: 420623
So, I have this little box of pennies only. I have no idea what to do with them, but I need change to use every now and then like at bus station or train station, but the pennies take too long to put through a bus slot.

Anyone collects or knows how to handle pennies? Any idea how I can use them without dragging the whole box around and taking forever to pay like a $2 fair?

I was also wondering if there is some place I can get cash in exchange.

Help!
