FusionCash / Do You Keep a Survey List?
« on: Today at 12:08:52 pm »Message ID: 1309348
Do you keep a list of all the surveys you complete?  I am continually getting asked if I have participated in certain types of surveys within certain amounts of time. There's no way I can remember those details for completed surveys, and then, sometimes I answer many questions, but still the survey is not "completed." That throws me off when trying to recall the surveys I've completed. I didn't keep up with this info for years, but now I write down the date and subject matter of all the surveys that give me credit.  I can check my list and easily answer that participation question.

FusionCash / Describe FC in 3 Words!
« on: December 30, 2019, 11:58:07 am »Message ID: 1306940
My three words to describe FusionCash are Reliable, Entertaining, and Communal.

Reliable:  FC has proven itself to be reliable/trustworthy. I have never failed to get a paycheck that was due to me in over eight years. Whenever one avenue to earning has closed at FC, another has opened to take its place. I've seen admin at FC come directly to the forum to address issues.

Entertaining:  FusionCash is fun!  And satisfying!  I have enjoyed numerous different aspects of FC through the years.  There's always something to entertain!

Communal:  I was looking for a word to describe the feeling of community that you get at FusionCash.  We are a group of like minded individuals that have come here to take advantage of the opportunity to earn extra cash.  The forum gives us a place to get to know each other, vent our grievances and celebrate our successes.

I invite you to share your own descriptive words for FusionCash!

Offers / A quick $.08 in TR DQ's
« on: December 22, 2019, 02:23:52 pm »Message ID: 1306142
Just now, when I went to Tap Research Surveys, I noticed several surveys for $.44.  I clicked on the first one listed and had to answer a few preliminary questions before getting the disqualification notice for one cent.  I clicked on the next one and had to answer just a couple of questions before being DQ'd.  From then on, when I clicked a survey, it gave me a screen saying that it was finding me a survey, but then went straight to a one cent DQ!  This was a quick and easy path to eight cents!

Off-Topic / My New Favorite Saying
« on: December 20, 2019, 10:54:50 am »Message ID: 1305921
I saw a picture on Social Media today that really grabbed my attention.  I now can't get it out of my mind. It's a great concept to live by.  A lady was holding up a blanket with the saying written across it.  It said something like, "Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, but about learning how to dance in the rain!"  I love that and see how it can apply to so many situations!

Offers / Seventy cent survey!

I just came across one of those gems I have talked about in this forum.  It was a $.70 survey all about buying toys.  I had picked a star from the Angel tree at our church.  The little four year old girl that I picked wanted a Barbie doll and/or Barbie accessories for Christmas, and I had a blast browsing Amazon to figure out which Barbie toys to buy.  I really studied the various options and was happy with my selection.  To get to take a survey all about the process was just icing on the cake!

FusionCash / Another Link Discovery
« on: November 26, 2019, 11:01:36 am »Message ID: 1302692
Today, I discovered yet another link in the PTC offer.  I rarely go to the "gas prices" section, but I did today.  Several Kroger gas stations were listed and I realized that the "Kroger" name was in green which when clicked led to a new page where you could update prices!!!  I clicked on the "Kroger" that was nearest to me, and saw the different kinds of fuel listed with a price out to the side and in parentheses, it told how long ago the price was listed.  The "parentheses" for regular gas said the price was 4 years old.  At the bottom of the list you could type in your own update.  We bought gas a few days ago at this Kroger, so I wrote in the price at that time and Wallah, the new price replaced the 4 year old one, and the parentheses said it was listed 0 seconds ago!!!

Thanks to all the people who post new topics in this forum. The more content we have, the easier it is to get our monthly post requirements out of the way.  However, it's more than that.  New threads make the forum more interesting, more informative, and give a feeling of cohesiveness to the community. I will try to do my part at keeping new threads up and running!

FusionCash / New Discovery Today
« on: November 18, 2019, 09:19:07 am »Message ID: 1301846
Today, when I was going through the PTC, I clicked on the "Today in History" portion and discovered that the names under the "Born this Day" and "Died this Day" sections had links attached to them.  Each name I clicked took me to  a Wikipedia page describing the person.  Many times in the past, when I have read this section, I have tried to recall details about the persons listed, without success.  Sometimes I "know" the name but can't remember where I know it from.  I can't believe I haven't noticed these links in over eight years.  I must not be very observant or is this something new?

Offers / It Happened Again!

You know that exhilarated feeling when you've been answering survey questions for at least 30 minutes and you get to the obvious end of the survey because they are asking you personal questions? And you feel that little thrill that finally you completed a worthwhile survey and you don't have to worry about getting your $.05 requirement again until the next day? And then you get the "Quota Exceeded" message?  Well, I still have $.04 to go for tomorrow's requirement!  You know the best thing about this scenario?  I immediately felt a small sense of relief being able to come to this forum and share my experience with others who completely understand!!!  Thanks FC, for our forum.

Offers / Finally! Good paying survey!
« on: October 25, 2019, 10:52:23 am »Message ID: 1298437
I feel like I hit the jackpot today!  I, finally, got to complete a better than normal paying survey, although I am puzzled by the description.

FC Survey: College Survey
Oct 25th   $1.50   Approved

The survey title is "College" Survey and it was completely about cars and brands of cars.  I DID get the question about how much education I'd completed, but that's as close as the survey came to mentioning colleges!

Offers / Daily email observation
« on: September 15, 2019, 01:06:11 am »Message ID: 1292961
Tonight when I opened my daily email, I noticed a box at the top that said, "Play games and even win dollars with GSN, plus get cashback from FusionCash."  Above the box, was a blue link that said "GSN Games."  When I clicked the link, it told me, "No results found."  Is this something new?  Does anyone else see this in his/her daily email?  Why would it be in the email if it were not a real thing?  A while back I do remember an offer where we got $.50 through a new member GSN offer where you played a few games and got rewarded, but it's been months, maybe years since I've seen anything about it.  If that message has been in my email all this time, I must not be very observant.  Today, it just caught my eye.

Off-Topic / Targeted Advertising
« on: August 22, 2019, 12:18:50 pm »Message ID: 1289488
This is getting creepy. Two days ago, while I was exercising, I decided to listen to an old vinyl record of classical music that I had when I was a teenager. I found the record in my record collection in an album cover that had nothing to do with classical music.  I didn't know this record was still around, and was delighted to discover it again.  I can not recall ever playing classical music while exercising in the past. In fact, it's probably been months since I played any kind of classical music at all! The next morning, I had an advertisement on my phone for an app that plays all kinds of classical music. I've never seen or heard of a classical music app before.  Coincidence or were they listening???

Offers / Surveys not working
« on: August 13, 2019, 11:30:03 am »Message ID: 1288368
When I clicked on my first survey today, I got a strange message:

"Sorry, something went wrong on our end. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.(001-005.b)"

It happened a couple of times in a row, so I changed browsers to see if that would make a difference.  I still got the same thing.  I was able to get DQ'd with a Tap Research survey and received my $.01 reward, but most of the surveys I've tried have shown me the same message about there being a problem.  Since I haven't found anything about this issue in the forum, I'm wondering if it's just ME or are other people seeing this?

Offers / DQ'd
« on: July 31, 2019, 12:07:53 pm »Message ID: 1286341
I just completed a whole survey.  It was thought provoking and had a couple of open ended questions.  When I got to the end, they had a box for additional comments, like they sometimes do.  I clicked to complete the survey and was met with the message that I had been disqualified.  I guess they didn't like my answers.

PS.  I did get extra cents for completing this survey.  That was a nice gesture!
