Off-Topic / Problems with Hewlet Packard?

We recently bought a HP computer for my daughter. She used it for 5 days when the motherboard fried. It has been 6 weeks of being on hold for hours, endless phone calls and emails and still no new computer. Everyone there passes the buck from one department to the other. They offered us one new computer then all of a sudden that computer is no longer being made and so on. Anyone else have any issue like this and have any advice?

Are we not getting paid our penny for disqualifying out surveys again?  I haven't been paid since 9-27-13. I know that happened a few weeks ago. Did they decide to stop doing that? If you have answers I would appreciate them, Thanks.

My daily emails from FC have stopped all of sudden in the last week or so. Has this happened to anyone else?  Does this have something to do with the changes they have made and I just didn't know about it? Thanks for your feedback.

I tried the FC vitamin survey today. It said it lasted 13 minutes for $3.30. I thought "wow" great deal!. Then when you get into the survey it tells you it is 30 minutes long, not such a great deal.

I just tried the Tasty Food Survey 25 mins $2.30. I did all of the qualifying questions for 15 mins and was told I qualified for the survey. Then the actual test had to load. It was a virtual grocery store. Well needless to say after 10 more minutes, it never did load and of course I did not get any compensation for my time. Just a heads up for anyone else thinking of taking it.

Why is it that when a fc survey doesn't load and you try to reload it , it says "you've already taken this survey"? It seems there should be a way to get this corrected so we have a fair chance at taking all surveys that are available to us. Some thoughts on this?

I just took the FC "Fun Casual Survey" about Bob Evans for 20 minutes. I finished it and got the "thank you for taking out survey" at the end of the survey, but when I got back to FC it says "sorry this survey has met is quota.  What?...If it had met it's quota it should not have let me take the darn survey in the first place. Now im out 20 minutes and $2.90. Just a warning for anyone else thinking of taking that one.

Have you gotten any lately?   I havent  gotten any for almost 2 weeks.    Seems like the well has dried up in that area.
