Support / Unable To Access FC This Morning & No Daily E-Mail Received Today

I usually receive my daily e-mail around 5:30 a.m. EST but did not this morning.  When I tried to log to inquire, I received an error message and continued to get the same message for several hours until a short time ago.  I am assuming FC was offline but noticed no one else mentioned it ...Will we be receiving our e-mails today? Anyone know?

In the regular Daily Offers mine still says 5 cents.

I was just in the process of signing up for the $.50 and chance to win the card (already got my e-mail address in order to continue) only to discover that your cellphone number is mandatory in order to continue the registration and you may be responsible for the fees.  No Thanks!

It just dawned on me why they insist on having our cellphone #'s now....I get more texts via spam than people I know.  I guess I'll have to change my phone number and never give it out to anyone. lol

They asked for my 16 year old son to come to the computer for a survey, so he begins answering qualifying questions, when they begin asking questions that are generally not age appropriate. He had to leave the survey when they asked him how many children he had and they didn't have 0 for an answer and it wouldn't allow you to go to the next window.
I assume that somewhere along the line he was disqualified from taking the survey, but they never told him, they just kept directing questions to him. This is the same survey company that will get you to give them 20-30 minutes worth of valuable information to then tell you that you aren't qualified for the survey.  Not cool.

I have never submitted a support ticket until yesterday. When I clicked on the Support link in my back office it gives the option to submit a ticket. I did that. Below that option it shows:

I don't see my ticket listed there...Am I supposed to?

I completed an FC daily survey but did not receive credit. I have never had to wait for credit before, so just wondering if anyone else has had to wait and if so, for how long?

Offers / Heads Up RE: Misleading FC : Auto Care Survey

I completed the above survey that was offered @ $3.90 for a 5 minute survey.
After completing  this five minute survey I was then told I qualified for another study for which I would receive a $25.00 gift card after the completion of the study and the purchase of tires by June 22 of this year. I chose not to do the study and then was refused the $3.90 for the initial survey that I did. I was then brought to the window that said I didn't qualify for the survey.

Had I been told that there were two parts to qualifying for the survey and not the 5 minutes as was stated, I would not have had a problem with it, also, I wouldn't have taken the survey knowing I wouldn't have wanted to spend that kind of time doing a drawn out study.

I am not complaining against FC as they are awesome , but I do feel that the offer is misleading the way it is presented and should be brought to FC's attention as well as anyone thinking they are going to receive the $3.90 just for getting through the 5 minute survey.

If you pass the first part you have to agree to do a study, you have to download something to your computer so they can monitor what you do and you have to purchase tires (which I plan to do but cannot guarantee I will do it by their deadline.) That is not a 5 minute deal.

I clicked on the offer and it brought me to the Grepolis page.  When I clicked on the terms it brought me to a blank page so I went back to Fusion Cash to reclick the link to make sure I would get credit and it redirected to this link: http://www.youtubesaved.com/
 
I was in FF so I went over to IE to see if it would be any different but it too is redirecting to the youtube link.

I apologize in advance if anyone else has brought this up. A search regarding toolbar spyware resulted in 0 results. I also have a screenshot of this but didn't see how to add it here so I retyped what Spybot picked up.

Is this just a part of the Software that Spybot is calling Adware or is this something I need to remove. I don't want to remove it if this is part of the toolbar.

Also, everytime my toolbar loads up it appears as a double bar...once fully loaded the second bar disappears...just wondering if this is normal or not.
