I completed the above survey that was offered @ $3.90 for a 5 minute survey.
After completing this five minute survey I was then told I qualified for another study for which I would receive a $25.00 gift card after the completion of the study and the purchase of tires by June 22 of this year. I chose not to do the study and then was refused the $3.90 for the initial survey that I did. I was then brought to the window that said I didn't qualify for the survey.
Had I been told that there were two parts to qualifying for the survey and not the 5 minutes as was stated, I would not have had a problem with it, also, I wouldn't have taken the survey knowing I wouldn't have wanted to spend that kind of time doing a drawn out study.
I am not complaining against FC as they are awesome
, but I do feel that the offer is misleading the way it is presented and should be brought to FC's attention as well as anyone thinking they are going to receive the $3.90 just for getting through the 5 minute survey.
If you pass the first part you have to agree to do a study, you have to download something to your computer so they can monitor what you do and you have to purchase tires (which I plan to do but cannot guarantee I will do it by their deadline.) That is not a 5 minute deal.
