Support / Huge Cashout Issue
« on: February 05, 2016, 04:02:13 am »Message ID: 1044372I always use PayPal. However, this time, FC is giving me an error message. They say my Paypal email address isn't correct.
...Except it is. The email address and name on both accounts match. I've cashed out many times in the past without issue. I've also received money in my Paypal account via the email address since.
Has anyone else ever experienced this? Was FC able to fix it, because it's clearly on their end?
I'm extremely frustrated because I put in a support ticket for this 5 days ago and I have yet to hear back, so I thought I'd bring it to the board.
