I just COMPLETED a 20 min pizza survey only to get I didn't qualify!!?!! They need to STOP doing this!  I completed the survey. I know when a surveys taking place...waste of my time!!

I've tried 4 times and NOTHING! First time it told me to open up another window after doing all the steps. I did so with NO success!

Spent close to 10 minutes completing a government survey. It even had the usual end questions like "how many in your household..married or single?...the usual. Then "you do not qualify" Nothing like wasting your time giving them all these answers, etc. to get told that. They really need to stop that mess.

The past three days I've had hardly any. I try early mornings and late at night. And, seeing all these posts from others about all the videos they're getting. Some kind of secret trick or something?

As of today 7/24/14 I just played 2 videos and have not received credit. The Iron Shell one and something else. I must have played 10 videos this week so far with NO payment received! What's going on?

C'mon FC...fix this problem already. I'm not even getting a response from support after submitting a ticket. Hope you plan on reimbursing us all. I would also like the 15 cents daily paid to click I would have done if I was credited correctly.

I put in a topic about videos not paying here in the support section and no response from support! What is going on? Is there a special place I need to go to? I've received no emails regarding this matter and would appreciate a response. Apparently, I'm not the only one going through this and it's not ethical to say you offer something and not have it work properly.

I'm tired of spending my time watching these videos and not getting paid. It seems like the ones that have the "like on Facebook, tweet, pin." on the bottom of video don't pay. It does NOT say you HAVE TO like, tweet or pin in order to get paid.

About 8 hours ago did a survey on dental products...completed it and it was to pay $1.20. Can't speak for all but once again I'm going through this garbage of unpaid completed surveys!

Support / What's wrong with FC website today?

I was able to do the daily 2 cents one and watch videos. Couldn't do the Click To Pay so waited a few hours. Now the whole website is showing in a totally different format and Click To Pay still not working!!!

I don't mind having to do extra things to make that 15 cents....if the things work right! Like the Radio one you're to listen to for 10 mins...doesn't even work half the time. I can see where this is going!  I got so tired before bedtime just to make an extra 1 cent so I could do the 15 cents one..I've given up!! And the tasks...wow...really?
