Off-Topic / Interesting Hair Colors

I'm starting cosmetology school soon and I've been thinking that I should do something different and exciting to my hair for when I start. I was thinking of getting extensions and dying my hair "Atomic Turquoise" from Manic Panic. I was blonde once, had obnoxious red once, and other than that, its always been black.

Has anyone else here dyed their hair bright colors?
Any advice?
Also, any suggestions on interesting colors/combinations/placement?

Does anyone else suffer from insomnia? I've dealt with it my entire life and have yet to find a method that helps me fall/stay asleep.   
What do you other insomniacs do all night to keep yourselves sane?
I pretty much listen to music and do surveys until 6/7am when I start to get sleepy (Depending on what's happening that day, I might not sleep at all).  Kinda productive.

My boyfriend and I were born and raised in Chicago and lately, we've been thinking about whether or not this is somewhere we would like to settle down and start a family since the area has changed for the worse. 

Since his brother moved to Omaha 2 months ago, we decided to look it up and we were VERY impressed with the houses that are for sale out there and how inexpensive they are. We're planning a trip to visit his brother this spring/summer for a couple of weeks to see if Omaha is for us or not.

I was wondering if anyone lives there and would be able to give me some insight about the area, the people, the job market, etc. I would really appreciate it.

For all of the other makeup lovers out there, what are your favorite cosmetics brands?
I'm not really into expensive brands and I prefer bright and edgy colors.
My favorites are BH Cosmetics, Sugarpill, ELF Cosmetics, and Kryolan.

I'm in no way an expert on this topic, but I was having a discussion with my boyfriend (who is also not an expert) and what he told me was bone chilling. I would love some insight.
Obviously, people are afraid of us destroying the Earth with pollution and the like. However, it is very strong and, much like humans, capable of adapting to situations. He basically told me that the planet is adapting to wipe out humans, but since we're resourceful, it won't succeed in our lifetime. However, the Earth will not allow us to destroy it because it will destroy us first like it has to other life forms.
So, the Earth is trying to kill us?!?!
Don't flame me with your negativity or unfounded banter.
Please, only educated responses because this is something I would like to know the truth about.

I had my first experience with them last night. I have horrible insomnia and meditated to one that helps your mind rest and puts you to sleep. I fell asleep without effort 10 minutes into it. I woke up feeling well rested which I've never experienced. This morning I also used one that increases energy instead of having my coffee. I was also more than pleased with these results.
Has anyone else ever had experiences with them?
Does anyone else know any information about them?

To begin with, I'm 25 and I know that's not old at all, but around my friends, I feel like the ancient one of the group. However, I noticed that most of this forum/site is made up of rather old and reserved people...
I almost feel like I'm invading in their space with my young and wild ways/attitude. >_>

Offers / I wasn't credited...

I was wondering if someone can help me. I just started yesterday and I noticed today that I wasn't credited for 5 offers that I completed.
I'm not a complete air head and I know that I FULLY completed them because they were registrations and I'm getting emails from the sites I registered for.
If anybody could help me out, I'd really appreciate it.
