Support / Getting Discouraged

So I posted last week about the TV Ads Surveys freezing on me and opening a support ticket only to have it seemingly vanish.

Today I completed a survey and in the end, instead of going to the FC congrats screen, it went to a Vindale Research congrats message. This happened to me last month as well, and I was never credited for the survey.

I realize not everything credits every time, but I'm starting to feel like it's more of a 50/50 gamble, meaning my earnings will always be about half of what I earn. Has anyone ever resolved an issue with support here at FC? I have screen shots of both Vindale screens.

I was really enjoying these surveys but have now had 3 separate occasions where the survey freezes up on me, always as the next video should load. Has this happened to anyone else?
