FarCry 3 - Blood Dragon

Filled to the brim with cheesy neon tones and ridiculously garish textures, the game itself looks like a joke. In fact, when a teaser popped up on April Fools’ Day, fans and outlets alike shrugged the game off as another goofy spoof for the holidays. Everything that Far Cry 3 wrestles with — the trauma of isolation, the fear of being hunted and the insanity of becoming the hunter — gets turned inside out in Blood Dragon to the point of goofiness.

My team, Boise State is ranked 22nd in the BCS standings.  Now, I've watched every single game this year and I can say there's probably 25 teams that could beat them in their current state.  That being said, there's plenty of other teams that are ranked high just because of their previous work over the decades.  Anyone else getting bored with the ranking system that puts teams in front of other teams just because they have previous clout to stand on?  I thought it was suppose to be the best 25 teams THIS year, not the best 25 teams based on 1900-2011 that have a good record.  Take Nevada for example.  They're 5-1 after beating Cal (Pac-12) and losing to USF (Big East) by 1 point at the last second of the game.  Then, there's Texas who's lost their last two games and is ranked in the top 25?

My account says account payment has been made as of this morning.  I checked my Rush card and it says it has 0.00 balance.  Is there a transfer period between pay out and when they load the card?

A thread for people to add their own useless facts, because everyone should know how to annoy people.  =-P

Off-Topic / Is the news becoming more like tabloid news papers?

I keep reading these stories online from news sources all over.  Yahoo, Fox, MSN, CNN and so on...  They all have the same thing going on.  They'll say (making up a name) Mike Franco crashes car into a coffee shop and SURVIVES!  Then, it has a little quote that will say something along the lines of, "I can't believe it was possible".  So, you click on the link and read that he barely bumped over the sidewalk, into say an outside umbrella, knocked it over; and later on down the story there's a customer who's quoted as saying, "I can't believe it was possible" in reference to being able to ask for two cups of cream for his coffee.  It's like what the heck.....why did I even click on this story.

Anyone interested in adding stuff to their resume for the job market, and can't afford to go back to skrewl.  A bunch of colleges made a joint program for certificates in various subjects.  There's no college credit for most of these, but you do get a certificate of completion if you finish each course that you can add to your resume.

Looks like they're on the path to blowing it again.  They barely beat Argentina 86-80.  Just two weeks ago they were strutting around saying they were as good or better than the original Dream Team too. bwhahaha   :angry7:

Off-Topic / Flex Screens

I was reading an article on the latest flex screens for e-books, watches, and mobile devices.  Just curious if anyone owns one and if they're actually at the potential were they're useful yet?

Thanks
