Finding new ways to control stress can be helpful, for me just finding the time to relax can be hard when you know you have a lot on your mind but don't let keep banging your head on your problems. What works for me is finding a quiet place ware I can clear my mind that way I can come up with suggestions that are helpful . Just setting aside the time to think can reduse just how much stress you have on any given day.
