6 eggs
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 8oz package of cream cheese
in a pot you will melt 2 cups of sugar . majority of sugar should be melted then in a aluminum pan poor the melted sugar to cover the bottom only up to an inch high.
with the eggs, evaported milk, condensed milk, and cream cheese you will put them all in a blender. blend it well then poor the mix over the sugar. you will hear the sugar crack thats normal...lol fill up to rim.
if theres extra mix you can do the process agin with the sugar and make a mini flan.
last step heat the oven to 350 °, have a seperate glass pan. put the flan in the middle of the pan then fill the second pan with water till its halfway to the top of flan. bake for 45 minutes or until lightly colored. when checking if done lightly shake the flan after taking it out of the water it should shake little to none. take out and let it cool for 1 hr out and then 2-3 hour in the fridge is best when cold, and lasts a week when sealed correctly. enjoy !
