I was wondering where I find the calendar area on the website to keep track of my forum posts.  How do I know when the 30 days starts and ends?

For some reason when I click on Your Surveys it says that my account has been blocked.  I have only used that particular survey link a few times.  I normally do the ones on the dashboard.  Does anyone know why they would've blocked those?  And is this something that they will unblock?

I have finally reach the 25.00 mark to where I can cash out.  I was reading the policy on cashing out a and it said cash outs are normally approved around the 20th.  It said that if I cash out now I can expect to see if it's approved or not around January 20th.  I am wondering why it will be over a month if it's not even December 20th yet?  Wouldn't it be December 20th?
