Support / They Have Certain Requirements before they pay you for your time

I reached $25.00 tried to cash out and it told me I need $15 more dollars of non bonus credits...Please help me understand sorry for being so confused thanks for your help in advance.

Support / Haven't been credit for sponsored clicks nor any of my recent clicks help

I have done everything morally asked of me and I haven't received any credit since November... I have been here clicking away and nothing but $5.01 since November and that's late  November...I don't see any new sponsors nor any new anything to click on either. Why haven't I been Credit its been quite awhile and I was here yesterday Dec 16th 2016, doing sponsored adds that should credit me as well... I didn't receive those credits either... and they take away from the amount of clicks I have done... and say I didn't do them... That's not honest. Help Please?
