Support / Have Sprint and can't cash out!!

I have Sprint so apparently that makes it hard to verify my phone number. Therefore I have been unable to cash out. I have submitted tickets and emails since August. I got my first response saying fax a copy of my DL, which I did. Got another response saying they didn't receive the email:

At this point, I've had about $15 expire. Right now I'm at $55 in my account with earnings expiring daily. Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions?
