Support / Have Sprint and can't cash out!!

I have Sprint so apparently that makes it hard to verify my phone number. Therefore I have been unable to cash out. I have submitted tickets and emails since August. I got my first response saying fax a copy of my DL, which I did.  Got another response saying they didn't receive the email:

I've since sent 3 emails with no response.

2019-09-02 01:03:46 Hello I sent the attachments (my DL and the FC cover sheet) on August 10th, August 15th and again today, September 2nd. My email address is: ena1834@yahoo.com and I'm sending the attachments to: support@fusioncash.net

At this point, I've had about $15 expire. Right now I'm at $55 in my account with earnings expiring daily. Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions?

Customer Service is extremely hard to communicate with when there's an account issue. Maybe open a CHAT option if phone calls aren't feasible.

I just found out about earning extra cash by survey sites this year    I was looking around and see posts from as early as 2007 with participants that have earned thousands of dollars from doing this  . THATS INSANE    Is anyone else as impressed by this as me
