Offers / Free Sample Offers

I have completed several offers for free samples, such as makeup.  I was credited for the offers, it has been a few months, but never received the samples in the mail.  I did these offers because I was genuinely interested in receiving the samples and obviously the companies have acknowledged that I completed them since I received money...  So why am I not getting my samples?

I have had a support ticket out for a week with no response.  There is a problem with WTI Access Ltd offer.  I've entered several credit cards with exp dates of 2009/2010 and every time I submit it says credit card is expired.  Please address this situation so I can complete the offer!

Support / Ebay Starter Kit

I received credit for completing Ebay Starter Kit but the phone number on the site was not valid when I went to cancel my 3 day trial.  It was some recording for refinancing, nothing to do with what I ordered.  Now I can not find the offer.  Can someone please give me the number or make the offer visible to me again?  They charged me $59.95 on my credit card because I didn't cancel in time.  I called the number on my credit card statement but they cannot reverse the charge since I didn't cancel in time.  Can you please give me the phone number to them or a valid link to the company's web site.  I am beginning to think this 'company' is a scam.

Your Hoodia XPF offer is not working correctly...  It brings me to a page to sign up for NPD Research panel... please fix so I can complete offer.  Thanks.
