Offers / Anyone else not get their Obopay card?

I signed up on October 10th.  I still have not received my card.  I broke down and called them about it today.  They said they sent out an email, but a lot of people did not get it.  Basically, because of an overwhelming number of people who have signed up in the last few weeks, they ran out of cards.  So, if you have not gotten yours they said it will be around the first week of November before they start sending cards out again.

Ok, this may be a dumb question, but I clicked to cash out last week, but there are new offers that I just did.  Can I un-cash out and then re-cash out with my new total or do I have to wait until next month to get the few other $ I just did?

I turned my pop up blockers off for when I am here.  I wonder how much of an effect this will have on my offers crediting?

Offers / credited before I was done with the offer

This has happened to me on a few offers.  I get the credit in my account before I have even finished going through the pages of the offer.  Has this happened to anyone else.  It is weird to not get credit for some and others can'e wait to credit you.
