Support / Question for an admin

I submitted a ticket last night to make sure I'm ready for cashout, but I was told I only have $13.00 in offer completions.. and I need $15.  By my count, I have exactly $15 in completions... and $16 if you count the $1 pic bonus.  Can someone verify this for me?  I copied and pasted all the offer completions I'm adding up (including the $1 pic bonus).  If I did the math correctly, it's $16 total.  Admins?  A little help?

Support / Expiration

A couple of weeks ago, some poor guy was on here saying he'd tried to cash out, but was unable to.  FC staff said it was because his money had "expired," so he wasn't able to have it.   I personally am saving mine for a Christmas present for my husband.  I plan to cash out on October 31.  Can you tell me, though, if this is too late?  If I wait until October 31, will any of my money be "expired," or will I still be able to get it all???

Offers / Anyone else having trouble with the Health Care Quote?

I filled out the info, and I keep clicking "submit," but nothing happens.  The page just refreshes itself, instead of going to another page. What gives?   And I don't want to give up, because if I close the window, I can't reapply to the danged thing.

Payments / clearing cookies

I see a lot of people mentioning to clear cookies to receive credit.  I know how to clear cookies... but my questions are:
1) how often should I clear them, in order to receive credit 
and
2) why am I doing this, exactly?

Hi... I have received the $2 "Offer Completion" bonus for some of my referrals completing their first offer... but I haven't yet rec'd the $1 referral bonus for them just signing up.   Why is that???
