Offers / Cant see a redeem link under #3) "Daily Status" for .15 cents

When I go the the Daily's and click on the site... I check out 3 sites... then click on an advertiser but then I do not see a redeem button under Daily Status... Does anyone know why?

Do we only need to show proof of 3 posts... to get the 3$... (even though we still do need to post 30).
