This is bizarre!  I find it hard to believe that someone could put 27 contacts into their eyes without noticing that they already had one or several others in their eye.  How did she see?  Her vision clarity must have been very bad.....multiple lenses could not have possibly given her clear vision.  She is very lucky to not have contracted a bad infection!

I want to see Aladdin.  I will have to wait til it comes out on Netflix or something as it has already been to the theaters near me.

Thanks for the chuckle cateyes.

As one who is growing older, I can relate to and laugh at myself for several of them....

My favorites are: Old age is coming at a really bad time. When I was a child I thought “Nap Time” was a punishment. Now, as a grownup, it feels like a small vacation.

The biggest lie I tell myself is..."I don't need to write that down, I'll remember it."

I don't have grey hair; I have "wisdom highlights" I'm just very wise.

Off-Topic / Re: Can you handle very hot peppers / spicy food?

I do not like spicy foods.  I like flavorful food, but not anything that has a bite when I eat it or that comes back to "bite" me later.

I don't think I have ever had fresh mint.  I wouldn't know what to do with it.....

In August I will celebrate 43 years with my husband.  We were high school sweethearts.  We have four children.  We've had ups and downs through out the years, but the Ups  definitely outweigh the downs.

I don't think I "hoard" anything.  We downsized earlier this year and have donated lots of items from every category.  It is quite freeing to simplify.

I am happy to hear that people are doing well on TAP.  Personally, I have been getting DQ'd over and over....with no reward to the point where I am struggling to earn the $.05 for the next day's PTC.   This is the first time in 10 years here that I have struggled.

I drive a 2001 Suburban.  We have had it since our kids were young.  It has hauled lots of kids lots of miles.  It runs great so we have no reason to get rid of it.  It is nice to have a vehicle that can haul big items.

I have not been having much luck with Tap Research lately.  Many surveys, many DQs, but no credit.
I'm out of time for today.......hope tomorrow brings me better results.

I have eaten foods past the "sell by date" lots of times.  The labeling "sell by" tells the store how long to display the product for sale.

Our town has a small fireworks show over the small lake.  A nearby town has a large display.  Depending on my work schedule, I hope to see one or the other.

I want to get completely settled in our new housing arrangement.  We sold our house and are now renting a small two bedroom house.  I also want to get more walks in, visit the grandkids every month.

We have two family reunions and a trip to California in the works too.

We don't have a Burger King in our town, but we do have McDonalds, Taco John's and Subway and a summer time only old fashioned drive in restaurant as our fast food choices.

McDonalds is currently getting remodeled.  I rarely go there so it hasn't been a problem for me.
