Off-Topic / Should a misdemeanor be the only reason not to get a job?

So here is my current problem. I am 24 with 3 small children. I have only been to jail one time in 2004 for theft. It was a misdemeanor. I was 18 and stupid and I wasn't even pregnant with my first child yet. I have since learned my lesson and I know it was a stupid childish act. But it has still prevented me from getting EVERY job have applied for. I have been out of work for 2 years straight. I can get it expunged but it will be $100. And that's not even a guarantee. That''s just to go in front of the judge. I don't have that kind of money just laying around. I have been forced to get state assistance and the father doesn't pay child support at all.

I just want feedback from everyone. I have had interviews where I explained the theft and others that I just didn't mention at all even when asked. I have a stack of rejection letters due to the misdemeanor.

I LIKE PITBULLS BUT EVERYONE THINKS THEY ARE SO VICIOUS... SO WE HAVEN'T EVER GOT TO KEEP ONE LONG ENOUGH. PEOPLE DON'T REALIZE THAT IT ALL DEPENDS ON HOW THEY ARE RAISED. PEOPLE JUS JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER AS THE OLD SAYING GOES.

i only do the free offers. you get 15 cents for a "paid to click". its very simple the instructions are at the top of the page. you get credit instantly. you also get paid to play a game. right now its air patrol. you find it by going to the "paid to click" under the free offers and click the "flash games" icon and you will see the score you need to beat.
They recently added a " More Special Offers" section where u get paid to watch commercials, do daily tasks and other things. You also get paid $3 a month when you post at least 30 forums.

Just browse around the site and check out different things. Since this is your first time here then don't spend any money on offers right now. i have never done that so im not sure how they credit.

I have had 3 children and had an epidural with all of them...it really put me at ease and made my experience much better!! i would do it again if i ever have more children

its been pretty nice outside.. but there is this tree right outside my livingroom window and it has a really strong smell...not sure what kind it is. Its really pretty with with flowers..but woo it stinks lol.
