So my checking account got dinged for NationalCreditReport, SmartHealth and CreditReport - but - I did not get credit for them.

Any particular reason?

Not that big a deal - I called BOA and cancelled payment - but - I thought it quite dirty of the "advertisers"

I love your prose and the fact you dont misspell  :)

But - I simply disagree with your stance.

If I had time to continue this I would.

For the record - I smoke Marlboro Light 100's

Booze causes car wreacks that kill others than the drunk themselves, battered women, violent domestic issues of all kinds, stupid decisions like "I should drive a boat right now" - or - "I think it would be a good idea to eat the chicken anyway - I wont get salmonila" etc.

Please use stats that are all incompassing - not just people who die from liver failure from drinking themselves to death but also the people that die from their poor/ignorant decision/choices.

Everyone in this country should realize that its not rights that matter most - its responsibility.

Its not a democracy but republic that was established.

If we contine to expect the government to legislate morals, reasonable, commen sense responsibilties and tell us what is good and/or bad we are truly on a slippery slope.

Peace & chicken grease - out

Nothing in the fossil file backs up Darwin - period.

carbon data is not an exact science nor accurate. The swing is WAY big.

I dont have the time to gather the info to post exact details. (I work full time - 45 hrs. wk & family)

Obesity leads to heart, liver, kidney, brain, eye ball etc. disease that causes deaths in the USA.

Much more than smokes :-)

Actually booze causes way more deaths :-)

My point - I dont need nor want "Uncle Scam" telling how to live my life - and - I dont buy the statistics :-)

I just spoke to a friend in the business and he said I was off a little in my response.

Obesity is #1 in responsibilty for deaths in America.

We should ban McD's & Dunkin Donuts  :)

The thing I find most interesting in conversations is that most people believe we are a democracy when the truth is we are a republic...

There is a difference.

I do NOT want the government to control EVERYTHING nor do I need them to tell me what is good and/or bad for me.

If smokes should be "banned" then cars, motorcycles, extra hours at work, ladders etc. should be "banned" - they kill more people in this country than smokes.

Yes - I smoke and am not starting a flame - just dont need Uncle Scam to be my daddy, I already have one  :)
