I did a few of the bonus things for cash that fusioncash offers here and i never got credited for 1 of them? I did the facebook friend one and the post 30 posts a month one about 20 days ago and i never got credited. :l Anyone else having this problem? Should i just keep on waiting or what should i do?

Why are 90% of my referrals are mentally challenged to the point where they can't figure out how to complete an offer and that you need $25 to cashout and that I'm not the one who's gonna pay them? 

cause you don't educate them about the site before you refer them here? lol i don't know if this is a serious question though hehe.

its really not that hard to get referrals on fusioncash, i mean like you make a splash page and a banner. I think this would be a good idea if they weren't free you would rent them. Hey, thats only my opinion though.

I think you shouldn't use the program your using. It sounds likes it a lot of  , people can out bid you so you lose any chances of getting hits from that site, plus the website can put your adds on any site they want unless you you that campaign manager. So i suggest you just go to your sites you visit make a banner sort of related to the site.(if its a cartooning site use a banner saying make easy cash for cartooning programs) And the same thing with the splash 
page direct it towards your audience.  good luck though with your $10 you just reinvested, it sounds like you have a better plan then the last one.
